Negative: I don't know if it was a Booking.com problem, but we didn't get the check in details until after we had arrived. We had sent numerous messages but didn't get a response.

Positive: Great central spot to stay in Taupo. Walking distance to town. Clean and tidy. Thanks.
Negative: Shower mixer has hot water labelled as cold, but easy to work out :-). Off street parking a little tricky if you have a large car.
