Fantail's Landing - prime central location

Great option close to town Positive: This was the second time we have stayed at Fantail’s landing and this time we were privileged to see the fantails flirting around the trees in the garden. Enjoy this property as it has everything we need and close to town. Negative: The hot water ran out on the last morning of our stay, it was a referred to the maintenance team and we received prompt feedback. It was on the last morning so we went home and showed there. Previous stay we thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous water pressure in the home.

Great. Rebooked for next month. Positive: Clean, close to town and easy garage access to secure our equipment. Negative: The bathroom fan needs a turbo boost and was inefficient, consequently the steam made little rivers down the window and walls. It was very cold while we stayed so this compounded the impact of the steam - felt bad for the walls. Would have loved to get the wood burner going but without instructions felt prudent to just use the heat pump.

Comfortable place for us to stay a few nights and great location to explore Taupo. Positive: Cosy, tidy and close to town Negative: Nothing to report
