Weeping Elm - Relax and Unwind by the Lake

Loved it! Would definitely stay here again Positive: The property was very comfortable and homely. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality appliances . The property was centrally located. The home was beautiful styled with multiple living spaces. Negative: There was only one air conditioner and we were there on some really hot days, making it hot and hard to cool down in the bedrooms. Fans or an additional air conditioner in the main bedroom would have helped, but I understand this was unusually hot weather too.

Positive: We were in Taupo to do the Total Sport Poronui event. The location was perfect as the transport bus left at the end of the street. It was a very comfortable, beautifully decorated wee house with everything that we needed. Negative: Just a minor annoyance, there was an ant invasion in the kitchen that got in to some of the food on the bench.

Great place will reommend to others Positive: An excellent location and had plenty of space for lounging.

Great location, well appointed comfortable stay. Positive: The property was clean and orderly, the hosts had obviously put some effort into recent renovations. The kitchen was new, and well appointed, with everything you could want including a Nespresso machine. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds and linen were very comfortable The lounge and outside porch were large and homely, with plenty of seating options. Negative: Some of the renovations were not finished completely, but this did not detract overall The shower although new was very difficult to control the temperature, the shower mixer having a very small window to adjust in, although not a great issue for us anyone with kids would want to be careful.
