Lake Front Living in Taupo

Comfortable but with issues Positive: Location was wonderful. Views were excellent. Negative: The property needs maintenance. The yard was overgrown and there are plumbing issues. There was evidence of a previous leak and water dripped from the ceiling in the bottom floor bathroom.

The separation on bedrooms allowed for privacy when required. Positive: Great location for walks - a tad far from town to walk home after a meal Negative: The TV indicated apps that weren't actually available - A note indicating this would have helped in our planning to watch Rugby Test.

Positive: Comfortable and relaxing. Great view and location Negative: No directions on how to use oven so was frustrating Top bathroom shower not good water pressure.

Well worth staying here, will certainly be back at some point. Positive: This place is gorgeous, brand new, in brilliant condition and well finished. Everything I needed for this trip, warm, comfortable (it was cold outside) and all the stuff to make it a nice stay. Negative: Garage was a bit small for my big vehicle (Everest), but was able to squeeze it in to keep it from freezing over (it was bloody cold the nights I stayed there, and would have been frozen solid).

Great Positive: Location fantastic and perfect for families as there is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which gives everyone some space. The view was amazing and location perfect. Negative: Beds were very soft which might be ok for some people b it not for us
