Riverside Apartment

Great location, beautiful views, perfect weekend getaway spot. Positive: Great and secure location, was a very short drive into town and was off the main road so was easy to get around to local sites. The apartment was really accommodating and well set up, we were all very comfortable and had ample space for a group of 5. Negative: We didnt have enough towels for our stay - there were enough for showers but we couldnt make use of the pool and spa facilities because of only having one towel each and no spares. However there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Some of the kitchen dishes / utensils weren't clean.

Positive: Vi elskede at være der. Lækre senge, dejlig opvarmet pool, smuk udsigt. Børnene syntes, det var dejligt at der var lidt legetøj og spil. Negative: Vi kunne lide alt.

Positive: Modern apartment, good location and great views of the river Negative: Dirty and greasy pots and pans, cheap crockery and cheap mismatched glassware

Overall a good stay - but would probably choose elsewhere if we were to return to Taupō Positive: Spacious, most areas clean, well equipped Negative: Kitchen (including some crockery which was dirty out of the cupboard) was not really up to scratch in terms of cleanliness. Lounge needs replacing. Decor a bit dated. Lots of stairs.
